Read all about it:JIll Cohn
Cohn\'s songs pay homage to artists like Joni Mitchell, Sarah McLachlan and the Counting Crows, with tunes ranging from personal reflections to musical contemplations of domestic violence and vanishing rain forests. Raised in a small town in Eastern Washington, Cohn started singing before she started talking, and music has always been an integral part of her journey. A full-time musician since 1999, Cohn has released nine critically-acclaimed independent releases, has gained notoriety with her songs placed in popular TV shows and continues making her live shows the centerpiece of her musical endeavors. In addition to being an endorsee of Taylor Guitars and Elixir Strings since 2001, she was a top five finalist in the Lilith Fair Talent Search and has opened for many well-known artists including Jewel and Dave Matthews. Miss Cohn will also have available for the first time on this tour, her new and limited addition Remix Retrospective Release, \"CINEMA\"- a song soundscape retrospective of her previous 9 CDS. European Dance Club Mixes, Classical Orchestral Mixes and Live Concert Mixes of her Electric Orchestra make-up this eclectically lush collection of music.
Tracy's songwriting has the ability to make us hear things that we already know deeply and understand profoundly, even if the music is not like anything else we have ever heard. And with her wide vocal range that can growl the blues, be soft as velvet or nail it with rock and roll, Tracy's new album is sure to bring you into her world of emotion, song and feeling. Expect this upcoming release to be truly inspired. She will be working with many of the same great musicians she's worked with over the last several years. This release will be guided and produced by chart-topping songwriter and producer Bonnie Hayes.
Ghost & Gale (Featuring David Luning and Brodie Jenkins)
Ghost & Gale makes dreamy folk rock songs best suited to a desert campfire and setting sun. They are the happy collision of pine trees, dirt roads, smoky fires and apple blossoms; a whiskey-warm baritone blended with a buttery alto.
All ticketed shows are standing-room only with limited seating, unless otherwise designated.
